Which makes this board different from others is Buffalo Pimento Cheese, thus once you taste candied pecans, too you cannot stop eating them because they rise your interest about the dish even though the whole thing sounds weird. Essential Ingredients for the Best Charcuterie Board:

Meats and Bread:
- 1/4 pound thinly sliced salami
- 1/4 pound sliced smoked ham or mortadella
- 1 baguette, sliced
- Thin bread sticks
- Crackers

Assortments:
- Olives and pickles (cornichons, pickled okra, cherry peppers, etc.)
- Jams (red pepper jelly, cherry jam, etc.)

Buffalo Pimento Cheese:
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 jar (4 ounces) diced pimentos, drained
- 1/2 celery stalk, finely diced
- 1/2 cup shredded extra-sharp yellow Cheddar
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Candied Pecans:
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 large egg white
- 3 cups pecan halves
How to make the perfect Charcuterie Board? 3 Easy Steps

Prepare the Charcuterie Board:
- First on a cutting board or platter, arrange the salami, ham, baguette slices and crackers all together.
- In small bowls, put olives and pickles. Jams also could be placed inside these small jars.
- Then add Buffalo Pimento Cheese to a bowl along with a spreading knife. Decoratively scatter Candied Pecans over the board.
- Buffalo Pimento Cheese:
- Yield: One and one half cups. Then combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and hot sauce in a bowl until smooth.
- Now add pimentos, celery, Cheddar, blue cheese, onion powder and paprika. Then after add salt, pepper and refrigerate it until it’s time to serve.
- Candied Pecans:
- Yield: 5 cups, then preheat your oven to 300 degrees. Take a baking sheet, then line it with parchment paper. And get a bowl and mix brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cayenne pepper and salt
- Whisk egg white until peaks are formed in about 5 minutes in a different bowl. Add pecans, then sugar mix and cover with egg white.
- Then arrange coated pecans on the baking sheet and take time to occasionally stir while cooking for 40-45 minutes. Once they are fully cooked, break them into pieces then let them cool.
- Finally you can leave these nuts to stay in a closed box for 2 weeks at room temperature after completions of this sitting.
