Easy Chicken Enchilada Casserole Recipe Step By Step

  1. Preheat the Oven:

    Before you do anything else, Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Next thing, you need to lightly grease a medium baking dish.

  2. Prepare the Chicken:

    You can add garlic salt to breast meat of the fowl before putting in the tray for baking then take about 30 to 35 minutes when fully baked before you notice that its cooked. It is then safe even to the internal temperature of 74ºC.

  6. Bake the Casserole:

    Bake the dish for half an hour in a preheated oven, after having covered it with aluminium foil. Bake it for an additional 10 minutes, while uncovered, to melt the cheese and make it bubbly.
