Most Unique BBQ Turkey: Delicious, Juicy, Spicy Dinner and Party Foods

Turkey is one of my favorite meat ever. Actually i liked it more than other chicken. I think you guys are also liked it. If not, let’s make a full barbecue turkey at home and enjoy it with your family and friends. After following my recipe guide, everyone could be the fan of the bbq turkey. Let’s make it.

Required Ingredients for the Unique BBQ Turkey:

  • 1 whole turkey, thawed if frozen
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 4 apples, cored and chopped
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter, cut into cubes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bottle of white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make BBQ Turkey Perfectly? Recipe:

  1. Heat the Grill:

    • Preheat a gas grill to low heat first for the bbq turkey. And make sure you collect all the required ingrediens.
  2. Prepare the Turkey:

    • Apply the butter and other required spices to all over the turkey even inside. Or you can put some corn, Carrots, Broccoli, and others veggies.
  3. Prepare the Stuffing:

    • In another large bowl, toss apples, onions, butter cubes, and garlic together.
  4. Stuff the Turkey:

    • Stuff the turkey with the apple mixture and place it into a disposable aluminum roasting pan. Fold the turkey skin over the neck area to cover the opening.
    • Fill the turkey with the apple mixture and put in an aluminum roasting pan which can be disposed if need be. Fold the turkey skin over the neck area to cover the opening.

  5. Pour the Wine:

    • Now turn the turkey over and pour the white wine into the inside the turkey. You can use as much as you like. If you like to know the current temprature of the turkey, use thermometer.

  6. Roast on Grill:

    • Loosely drape aluminum foil over the top of the roasting pan before placing it on the preheated grill. Then close the lid.
    • Roast until the temperature in the breast hits 170°F (75°C) and in the thigh reaches 180°F (80°C). The duration depends on the temperature of your grill; it will be about four hours.

  7. Cook until the turkey turned Brow:

    • During the final few minutes of cooking take off the foil to let the turkey brown, and should the brown too quickly cover it back with foil.

  8. Rest and Serve:

    • Take the turkey off the grill and allow it to rest for a minimum of 20 minutes so as to be cut.

    • Use the thermometer to check that the turkey’s breast temperature should at 170°F (75°C) while the thigh is at 180°F (80°C).

  2. Can I use a different type of wine for the recipe?

    • Sure, if you don’t like this particular one you can switch up with any other wine type, but I think white wine tastes better because it suits the flavors.

  3. What can I use instead of apples and onions for stuffing?

    • Instead of other fruits, consider trying pears or dried ones or other vegetables like celery or carrots.
