Air Fryer Tofu – Crispy & Delicious | Step By Step Guide

Air Fryer Tofu, an extremely crispy & delicious air fryer tofu made in about 15 minutes. You can make this recipe daily as it is very easy recipe to follow.

Lets Make a Delicious Air Fryer Tofu

  1. Make the sauce and whisk it properly
  2. Break the tofu in a simple pieces to make it goes into the edges that hold on to all the batter. and gently stir to coat.
  3. Air fry the tofu for about 8 to 10 minutes at 400 degrees and after giving a nice shake, finish for another 5 minutes to make it extra golden and crispy.

Ingredients

  • Air Fryer Tofu

    • Get 2 blocks of firm tofu that is vacuum packed so, you don’t have to press it.
  • The Batter

    • 5 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 5 tablespoon nutritional yeast
    • 5 tablespoon cornstarch
    • 4 tablespoon olive oil
    • 4 to 6 teaspoon all purpose spice blend
  • For Serving

    • Use any sauce you like to have

Instructions / Methods

  • Mix the above ingredients, soy sauce, nutritional yeast, cornstarch, olive oil, and all purpose spice blend into a batter in a medium sized mixing bowl. It shouldn’t be hard but smooth and loose.

  • After tearing the tofu into irregular chunks and tossing them into the batter bowl, use a spatula to gently toss the tofu in the batter until the tofu is coated properly.

  • Air fry the tofu for about 6 to 8 minutes at 400 degrees. After 6 to 8 minutes, give it a little shake and air fry again for another 5 minutes at 400 degrees. It should be golden & extremely crispy.

  • Use you favorite sauce and put in over the tofu to serve.
