Lot’s of people who prefer Gluten Free Tortilla Chips to have good health as well as tasty. Feast your senses with some of that crunchy heaven when it comes to corn tortillas, they are delicious and nutritious at the same time. Let’s learn how to make the best homemade gluten free tortilla chips…

However, there are my gluten free tortill chips at the market. And if you are interested to buy a readymade gluten free tortilla chips, here are some of them, which i known personally. But i rather recommend you to make yourself at own home.

Required Ingredients for making gluten free Tortilla Chips:

  • 12 gluten-free corn tortillas
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil (or olive oil)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Optional: spices like chili powder, paprika, or garlic powder for extra flavor

Step by Step Instructions for Perfect Gluten Free Tortilla Chips:

  1. First preheat the Oven:

    Set your oven to heat at a temperature of 350°F (175°C). Use parchment paper to cover two baking sheets then keep them by greasing with just a little oil.

  2. Cut the Tortillas:

    Stack the tortillas made from corn which are free from gluten on each other and then divide the stack into smaller portions. Then the number of pieces into which you choose to divide them shall depend on the size of your preferred cornchip.

  3. Oil the Tortillas:

    Now transfer the sliced tortilla pieces to the large bowl. Then add vegetable oil and mix well. Each piece should have a thin film of oil for ideal crispness.

  4. Season the Chips:

    On the prepared baking sheets spread out the pieces of tortilla in a single layer, salt and sprinkle any optional spices of your choice. But remember you should not let the chips overlap.

  5. Bake the Chips now:

    Bake in the oven/Air Fry for around 10-15 minutes until the edges turn golden-brown and the chips crisp up. Then turn around the baking sheets to have an even bake about half way during this period process.

  6. Let’s make it Cool and enjoy the gluten free tortilla Chips:Get the baking sheets out of the oven and allow the chips to cool on a wire rack entirely. After they have cooled off already, place it in a serving bowl. Make sure you have it with salsa, guacamole, or any other dip of your choice for that matter. Better still, these chips can be used in nachos or to just munch in isolation, as they are very delicious.
