  • ¼ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp sugar

1st Step: First heat some oil in a pan and add some garlic cloves, ginger and saute them until they became golden brown.

Add oil in the pan and fry some cloves.

2nd Step: Add the sliced green chillies and then add salt and stir it for 5 minutes until it became soft.

3rd Step: After the chillies are became soft, put ¼ water and mix them well and cover and let cook for another 10 minutes.

4the Step: After 10 minutes bring out and blend it after cool. Add the vinegar as per your taste. Vinegar helps to keep this sauce longer time.
